wish will not take responsibility and if they do it will be faked ... the point of wish is to sale fantasy items .. fake items. they DON'T put much work in to things because they already have the original blue prints. like say Apple an American bran sends the blueprints of the iPhone to china because its cheaper to manufacture there. so now china has machines/ robots/ tools and molds to make/build the Original iPhone. the same company that was hire to build the original iphone can make the same components with out the logo sells them to other chineses companies or and bla bla bla bla ya know where im going with this .... so yea

To all the folks from SEA, be very careful when shopping graphics cards on Shopee, Lazada, etc! If the price difference between a used branded GTX 1050 is way too far from a "brand new" (and often unbranded) GTX 1050, then you know that the "brand new" one is fake. (Used ones are usually at $100 while fake ones can go for as low as $30) Always read the reviews and look for reputable sellers. If you happened to have bought one, don't mark the item as received until you have tested it. Remember that you can refund (and return) the item as long as you haven't marked it as "received". (I have read so many 1-star reviews from people who regret buying fake graphics cards. And since they were so excited to mark it as received, they couldn't refund and return their fake purchase anymore... 🤷‍♂️) Being too frugal can actually hurt your build and your wallet.

they're on ebay also. just search 1050TI for example. i get around 10 fake 1050TIs under 80€ in new condition... as if... those cards are traded for roughly double that price in used condition at the moment...

So is this against the law? In the US if you get an item you do not order it is considered a gift. If this is not against the law, can I wrap up a 3060 and glue an extra ram chip on? Wish says I have to send to back. I say I never got a 1060 and they owe me my money. As for their gift, since it is not a 1060, it is mine free of charge. Somewhere in this I will either wrap it back up and sell it as a 3060 to get E-bay to argue the law, or they will give me my refund. Wonder which thing ends up happening.

lol uh everything is made in China. What video cards arent made in China? Taiwan is China they just say they're not China I don't know why and they import all the goods they use to make GPUs from China. All manufacturers do is buy stuff from China put their brand on it and say everything else isnt as good as their stuff and charge 10x what they paid for it.

I just received 2 of these from Walmart here in Canada. I am probably going to return them. I am into Mame arcades and was excited to have a card that would be total overkill for emulation and as a bonus be able to play some more modern games. What a huge disappointment man. I would be interested to see if you could use these for mame successfully as opposed to throwing them in the trash. I love your videos and always learn a lot. Keep up the great work.

Isn’t it great how Chinese sellers just keep ripping everyone off. And there’s no accountability anywhere... Wish should be banned IMO. If a company can’t keep blatantly illegal activity off their service then it shouldn’t be allowed to operate. Amazon is getting pretty bad too. They sell all sorts of fake stuff. There has to be some kind of validation process for vendors. Wish is so bad it’s not worth buying anything at all from there.

You can of course get these for free.... you just use your CC on Paypal, order the goods, and then immediately put in a claim against Paypal because the goods delivered weren't the ones you ordered or as described. Presto.... graphics card... or even entire PC system for free. Crap PC mind you, but PC all the same.
